Teamwork Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Section Supervisor to join a busy wholesale and distribution operation.

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for maintaining operational standards, stock control, customer service, and team performance across a designated section of the depot. You'll play a key role in ensuring your department delivers excellent standards, availability, and customer experience every day.

Key Responsibilities- Section Operations

• Maintain high standards across your department
• Ensure stock is merchandised, organised, and replenished effectively
• Manage daily section priorities and workload planning
• Support promotional launches and product availability

Stock Control & Availability

• Monitor stock levels using handheld systems (HHT)
• Identify gaps, low stock, and supply issues
• Manage damaged and short-dated stock processes
• Complete weekly gap scanning and stock checks

Team & Customer Service

• Support and guide section operatives
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Respond quickly to operational and customer requirements
• Promote a positive and productive team environment

Standards & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Ensure customer and colleague safety at all times
• Monitor pricing accuracy and ticketing compliance
• Support depot-wide operational excellence initiatives

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience as a Section Supervisor, Team Leader, Department Manager, Retail Supervisor, or Warehouse Supervisor

? Strong stock control and inventory management experience

? Excellent communication and organisational skills

? Ability to lead by example and motivate teams

? Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail

? Comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale, retail, or warehouse environment
