Teamwork Partnership are recruiting for a motivated and reliable Depot Operative to join a busy wholesale and distribution operation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for replenishment, stock movement, customer service, and maintaining high operational standards across the depot. You'll work as part of a team to ensure products are available, customers receive excellent service, and the depot operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities- Stock Replenishment & Merchandising

• Replenish stock throughout the day to maximise product availability
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and presented to a high standard
• Remove empty pallets and maintain tidy aisles
• Pull stock forward and maintain promotional displays

Warehouse & Stock Handling

• Move stock safely using pump trucks, lifting equipment, or forklifts
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors
• Support stock management and inventory accuracy
• Assist with goods movement across the depot

Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide assistance when required
• Support checkout operations during busy periods
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Work collaboratively across all depot departments

Health & Safety

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards
• Support a positive and safety-focused workplace culture

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience in a Warehouse Operative, Depot Operative, Retail Assistant, Stock Controller, or Distribution role

? Strong work ethic and positive attitude

? Good communication and teamwork skills

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

? Customer-focused approach

? Forklift or warehouse equipment experience advantageous but not essential
