Overview
Teamwork Partnership are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plan Manager to oversee and optimise our clients planning and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain management, with proficiency in SAP and the ability to vaticinate future trends and demands. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our systems operate efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production schedules and inventory management.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Planning kill programmes to meet the operational targets.
• Completion of required documentation to ensure authorisation of transporting live birds and the slaughter.
• Company representation during Agricultural events and build network with the potential external buyers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices in supply chain management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on data analysis.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams.
