Our prestigious client based in the Alconbury area are currently looking to recruit order picker for the busy flower site.
Duties:
- Utilize order sheets to pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move inventory
- Ensure that all picked items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management systems
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time
