Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical, data-savvy graduate to join one of our clients as a Data & AI Enablement Analyst. This is a rare opportunity to influence real operational decisions through smart reporting, insight automation, and AI-assisted data storytelling within a fast-growing fulfilment business.

You will play a leading role in designing and building a suite of performance dashboards and reporting pipelines across key areas such as courier performance, warehouse operations, customer service SLAs and OTIF delivery rates. By using tools such as SQL, Python, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, you’ll transform raw data into actionable insight.

This role is essential to our longer-term technology roadmap. In 2026, we plan to launch a proprietary client-facing Value-Added Services (VAS) platform. Your work will help lay the groundwork for intelligent reporting layers, integrated analytics, and automated client insights that will underpin this next-generation platform.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Software & Automation Analyst and department leads across Fulfilment, Customer Service and Account Management. You will have mentoring support from our Chair and a senior technology investor but will be expected to self-start and take ownership of your outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• You’re detail-oriented, inquisitive, and passionate about turning data into stories. You’re comfortable working across multiple data sources, tools and systems—and you enjoy using AI tools to help you accelerate or interpret your work.
• Maintain organised records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and address any administrative challenges.
• You’re driven by making a real impact—not just reporting what happened, but helping others understand why, and what to do next. You value clean data, elegant visuals, and dashboards that actually get used.
• You work independently and collaboratively, seek feedback early, and enjoy testing ideas in the real world.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyse data effectively and provide actionable insights.
• Design and build dashboards to monitor performance across operations, courier services, warehouse, and customer support
• Build and automate reports for internal business reviews and external client use
• Use SQL, Python, and data connectors to bring together data from Mintsoft, Google Sheets, Zendesk, Slack and courier portals
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to summarise trends, generate commentary, or recommend action
• Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand reporting needs and performance priorities
• Contribute to the planning and early scoping of our future VAS tech platform’s reporting layer
• Work alongside the Software & Automation Analyst to align automation triggers with reporting insights
• Maintain data hygiene, consistent logic, and clear documentation across all dashboards
